Returns and Refunds
We offer repair, return and refund services on our instruments depending upon their warranty. You must obtain an RMA before returning the instrument. Instruments under warranty will be repaired/replaced free of cost to you. The instruments contaminated with hazardous substances will not be accepted. It would help if you cleaned and adequately decontaminate the instrument before returning it to our facility. Pricing
The price displayed along with the product on GerVetUSA represents the total retail price of the related instrument unless stated otherwise. There is always a chance of human error. Despite our best efforts, in case of any mistake regarding the instrument's price, we will contact you before shipping to notify you or cancel your order.

At the time of order shipment, your credit card is processed manually through our own credit card processing service. Shipment and Delivery
We ship via UPS/USPS/FedEx. Any First time Orders which exceed $300.00 or more automatically qualify for free standard shipping, this excludes Puerto Rico, Hawaii & Alaska.
We also ship International orders by UPS/FedEx/USPS. However, because of different international rates, we will not charge your credit card any international shipping rates until we send you a shipping quote and it is accepted by the customer. In most cases, orders ship out within 24-72 hours. However, this is subject to change, based on weather conditions, large order volumes, non-stock items or any circumstances beyond our control. Under these rare circumstances, please be aware that we are working to have your order shipped as soon as possible.
Orders placed on or before 12 Noon EST, that are being shipped Next Day Air will be shipped out the same business day, as long as the item is in stock. Orders are not shipped on weekends & are shipped only Monday-Friday. Orders that cannot be shipped before the weekend will be held and shipped the following Monday.
