Cancellous Screws - Partially Threaded
There are various screws used in TPLO surgery to fix the cranial cruciate ligament. Cancellous screws are available in different variations. They can be partially or fully threaded depending upon the surgical need. Partially threaded cancellous screws to produce a lag effect. The smooth shaft of the cancellous screws provide the necessary lag-effect without the need for over-drilling in the bone.
